What happens to the contact details you leave in a form on this site.
Who processes the dataITMAXICO LLC (Wyoming, USA) and MAXICO (Astana, Kazakhstan), the owners of this site. Contact: office@maxico.kz.
What we collectOnly what you type into the form: a name if you give one, an email and/or a phone number, and your message. Together with it we store technical data: IP address, time of the request, the page it came from and the browser string.
WhyTo answer you, to tell you about the launch or a pilot, and to discuss investment or partnership. We do not use this data for anything else and we do not send unrelated mailings.
On what basisOn your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Where it is storedIn a managed Supabase database in the European Union, used by our team only. A copy of each request also goes to our corporate mailbox. We do not sell the data and do not hand it to third parties, except where the law requires it.
How longUntil you ask us to delete them, or until the project no longer needs the contact.
Your rightsWrite to office@maxico.kz to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We do this within a reasonable time and confirm it by email.
Cookies and analyticsThis site sets no cookies and has no analytics or tracking scripts. The pages are static; the only server request is the one your form submission makes.
